Profile
Stephan Czerny is part of the real estate industry since 2014 with a track record of approx. EUR 500m in transactions across multiple use types.
Before starting THANES in 2021, he was an Asset- and Divestment Manager at Catalyst Capital GmbH, the German subsidiary of Catalyst Capital LLP. Prior to Catalyst, he worked until 2018 as a Project and Investment Manager at Cilon GmbH, a leading Value-Add Investor and Project Developer in the Rhein-Main Region. His experience at MTU Detroit Diesel Australia 2012-2013 helps understanding the requirements of clients from the manufacturing industry.
Stephan holds a B.Sc. from the University of Mannheim including a semester abroad at the Saint Petersburg State University of Economics (FINEC) in Russia, and a M.Sc.RE from the IREBS | University of Regensburg.
